Two to four weeks of structured listening across executives, operators and suppliers. We benchmark against frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20k, CSDM) and surface what is genuinely broken versus what is merely uncomfortable.

We frame the target operating model, service taxonomy and platform architecture as one coherent picture. Trade-offs are made explicit, not buried in appendices.
